If you are dissatisfied during the first 14 days after the purchase has completed, please delete all digital content including video, mp3 audio, source codes, pdf documents and text files. We may ask which have been deleted so we can clarify this matches with our server logs. You can then email us and ask for a full refund.
You will need to include a copy of your payment address and details, along with your full account details and payment method to ensure no wrong users are withdrawn from the program.
To ensure we serve you, and others, better in the future, we request (but do not require) that you inform us why you want a refund. We want nothing but satisfied customers.
Please remember, that requesting a refund and continuing to use products purchased from us is classified as illegal theft, and will also violate some intellectual property rights laws. To protect our loyal customers, we will fully enforce fraudulent claims via our legal channels.
